OMS operates as a mobile, community venue to increase access to the performing arts throughout the Omaha metro. We are a teaching venue to train aspiring stagehands and audio engineers. Learn more about our workforce development program here.

Fees
Stage and Equipment Rental Fees
Stage rental fee (stage only):
$750/day – small nonprofit, neighborhood association, community group, and artist rate
$1,000/day – large nonprofit, corporate and government rate. Nonprofits with an annual budget of more than $1,000,000 are considered large nonprofits.
Stage delivery fee: $200/day
Audio Equipment and Stage Lighting Equipment rental fee: $200/hour (based on show duration)
Stage and Equipment setup/teardown fee: $200/day
Low-noise generator rental: $100/day
General Labor Fees for Live Event Production Services
Sound Engineering Services: $50/hour/person
Stagehand Services: $50/hour/person

In 2025, OMS began offering an all-inclusive (stage, equipment and crew) hourly rental rate for creatives and underserved communities that are producing free outdoor, community events in the greater Omaha metro.
Rental Requirements
Renter is responsible for providing a grounded power source to the stage or for renting our generator. A 220V outlet or a low-noise portable generator are acceptable to power the stage’s built-in outlets and lighting system.
Renter shall submit the following at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date:
Signed rental & use agreement
A copy of a city permit, or a copy of permission to use premises letter from property owner
Certificate of Insurance for the event
